JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody since 27.3.2018, seeks bail in Aurangabad Town PS Case No. 94 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 436, 427, 307, 160, 295A and 353 of the IPC. It is submitted that large number of people have been made accused on account of communal riot on the occasion of Ram Naumi procession, however there is no overt act alleged against the petitioners, the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and similarly situated other co-accused have been admitted to bail by this Court.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Deepak Kumar, Amit Kumar and Munna Kumar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town PS Case No. 94 of 2018.
