2. The present contempt application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the contemnors/opposite parties, for willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 23-07-2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No 16293 of 2014 (Annexure-1).

3. From the order dated 23-07-2019 (Annexure-1) passed in CWJC No. 16293 of 2014, it is apparent that there is no positive direction for compliance of which, the contempt proceedings are required to be kept pending.
