2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The prosecution case in brief is that all the accused persons, including this petitioner, are alleged to have assaulted and fired upon the informant and her son. This petitioner is alleged to have fired upon the son of the informant due to which he sustained injuries in his eyes and leg.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail. It is submitted that there is specific accusation of firing against this petitioner and the injuries allegedly caused by this petitioner has been found to be grievous in nature.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of accusation and injuries sustained by the injured, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
