Considering the period of detention since 05.05.2017, petitioner Rizwan @ Rizu Khan @ Rizwan Khan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghaty, Gaya in connection with Sherghaty P.S. Case No.223/2017.
