Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 354(B), 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against these petitioners is that they outraged the modesty of informant and assaulted her and family members.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. In fact, due to Panchayat election, a simple occurrence of maarpit took place between the parties. There is case and counter case. Injury sustained by the injured has been found to be simple in nature. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

No.68264 of 2022(2) dt.04-04-2023 2/2 the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court of A.
