Against selection of respondent no. 5 as Anganwari Sevika for Anganwari Centre No. 100 of Ward No. 12, Bhilwahi in the district of Sitamarhi, the petitioner has filed her application before the District Programme Officer, Sitamarhi, as is evident from the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents.

3. Petitioner's merit was not evaluated, as stated in the counter affidavit, since she had not submitted her educational certificate of having passed 8th examination, which fact is being resisted by the petitioner.

Be that as it may, since the petitioner's application is pending before the District Programme Officer, Sitamarhi, this writ application is disposed of with a direction that let the petitioner's application be disposed of by the District Programme Officer, Sitamarhi, within one month from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
