Petitioner apprehends arrest in Chenari PS Case No. 5 of 2014, registered under Sections 341, 504, 353, 323 and 354/34 of the IPC.
The allegation in brief is that the son of petitioner and other students misbehaved with the Principal of the College as well as with girl students thereafter the students thrashed him and later on when he was apprehended his father turned up there and it is alleged that he also abused the Principal.
Submission is that the petitioner had went to the College after getting knowledge regarding his son being apprehended there and made protest so the allegation of abusing the Principal is false and he has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Rajendra Sah is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM Sasaram in connection with Chenari PS Case No. 5 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
