The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Narpatganj (Ghurna) P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017 (G.R. No. 126/2017) for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is dragging the informant into the Maize field and trying to outrage the modesty of the informant.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 02.04.2018.

No.32004 of 2018 (2) dt.24-05-2018 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Narpatganj (Ghurna) P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017 (G.R. No. 126/2017). It is directed that the petitioner would mark his presence before the S.H.O. of the concerned police station at 10:00 AM on every Monday of the month and in the event of his failure on two consecutive occasions to mark his attendance, the present privilege of bail shall stand cancelled automatically.
