The petitioner is seeks bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.40/2019 registered under Sections 448, 341, 387, 504, 506, 34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated and he is in jail custody since 22.04.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that investigation is already completed and TIP has not been conducted nor any incriminating materials has been found against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail vide order dated 10.07.2019 in Cr. Misc. No.42565/2019.

No.62871 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM,Ist, Danapur in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.40/2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below having immovable property in his name.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Prakash Narayan /- U T
