Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 143, 341, 448, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the alleged date and time of occurrence, the petitioner abused the informant and on objection all the accused persons and some unknown persons brutally assaulted the informant. The petitioner in an inebriated condition molested the informant. It is further alleged that when other persons came to rescue the informant they were also assaulted by the accused persons. They also took away several household articles of the informant.

There is delay of three days in lodging of FIR and there is no explanation of delay. Instant case has been filed to put undue pressure upon the petitioner due to boundary dispute. Petitioner and informant's husband are brothers. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of J.M.-Ist Madhubani, in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 239 of 2022 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
