2. The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 12.09.2024 passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in Cr. Misc. No. 136 of 2024, by which the learned District and Sessions Judge has recalled the records of Sessions Trial No. 116 of 2024 from the Court of ADJ-I, Gopalganj and transferred the same to the Court of learned ADJ-X, Gopalganj.

3. I have considered the submissions of the parties and perused the impugned order.

4. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71087 of 2024(2) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 District and Sessions Judge has transferred the records of the Sessions Trial No. 116 of 2024 to the Court of A.D.J-X, Gopalganj in which another trial arising out of the same P.S. case is pending.

5. In view of the above, I do not find any illegality in the aforesaid impugned order.

6. In the aforesaid circumstances, this application is dismissed.
