Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32402 of 2018 (2) dt.05-06-2018 2/2 Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No.82 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 144, 145, 147, 148, 149, 151, 152, 153A, 160, 295, 295A, 297, 298, 395, 341, 323, 504, 342, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that similarly situated accused persons have been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.3.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16902 of 2018 vide Annexure-2.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No.82 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) N.H./- U T
