This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 56340 of 2017. The petitioner was directed to deposit the amount in installment in District Treasury, Bettiah, in the name of Civil Surgeon-cumChief Medical Officer-cum-Member Secretary, District Health Society, West Champaran, Bettiah.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that District Treasury, Bettiah, is not accepting money. The District Treasury Officer, Bettiah, is directed to accept money in terms of the order of this Court dated 07.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 56340 of 2017 and send compliance report to the District & Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran, after

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32370 of 2018 (2) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 accepting payment of the amount of installments as ordered by this Court.

It is made clear that in the event the money is not accepted by District Treasury Officer, Bettiah, necessary contempt proceeding shall be initiated against him for non-compliance of the order of this Court.

The time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended by further four weeks from the date of receipt of this order in terms of the order of this Court dated 07.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 56340 of 2017.

Let this order be communicated to the District & Sessions Judge, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Bettiah P.S. Case No. 56340 of 2017.

The application stands allowed.
