JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 7.12.2017, seeks bail in Taraiya PS Case No. 319 of 2017 registered under Sections 399, 402, 413, 414 of the IPC and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The allegation in brief is that a loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent of Arms Act, only one criminal antecedent under Section 506 IPC and 27 Arms Act is there and except that there is no other case against him and he is in custody for the last seven months.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Randhir Kumar Chaurasia is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM IXth Saran at Chapra in connection with Taraiya PS Case No. 319 of 2017.
