====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Petitioner in the present case is seeking regular bail in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S. Case No. 139 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147 148, 149, 341, 323, 120B, 324, 307, 448, 504, 379, 354, 435, 436, 506 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and the entire allegation levelled against this petitioner is false and concocted.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

No.71266 of 2019(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/3 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, wherein it is the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the kind of articles seized from the house of this petitioner are in the nature of house-hold goods and articles, the petitioner has remained in custody over six months and some of the coaccused have been granted anticipatory bail by learned Coordinate Bench of this Court as well as regular bail in Cr. Misc. No. 58114 of 2019, Cr. Misc. No. 68971 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. 61659 of 2019, let the petitioner above named be released on bail in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S. Case No. 139 of 2019 on furnishing of bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 437 (3) Cr.P.C. as under :

(a) that such person shall attend in accordance with the conditions of the bond executed under this Chapter, (b) that such person shall not commit an offence similar to the offence of which he is accused, or suspected, of the commission of which he is suspected, and (c) that such person shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person
