ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 12-11-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.
2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already made a representation dated 11.11.2024 (Annexure P/2) ventilating his grievance before the Circle Officer, Akhorhi Gola, District-Rohtas (Respondent No. 3) herein. The present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 3 to consider the said representation made by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law. The authority while considering the said representation shall take into consideration the order passed by
Patna High Court CWJC No.16892 of 2025(2) dt.12-11-2025 2/2 the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in BLT Case No. 808 of 2023 dated 30.01.2024 (Annexure P/1) and pass necessary orders for correction of the Chak Map. The authority shall endeavour to see that the said representation is disposed of as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.
3. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
