Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 254 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 224/120B of the Indian Penal Code and sections 7/13(1), 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely dragged in the present case merely on suspicion. Similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order contained in Annexure-2. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 22.07.2019. Case No. 254 of 2019 corresponding to Special Case No. 32 of 2019.
