The petitioners seek bail in connection with Special Case No. 3509 of 2018 arising out Khiri More P.S. Case No. 41/18 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 31.5 liters of illicit liquor from the joint custody of the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case, they are in custody since 13.04.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32002 of 2018 (2) dt.24-05-2018 2/2 case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 3509/18 arising out of Khiri More P.S. Case No. 41/18.
