2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 287/2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated merely because they happen to be the father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law respectively, of the deceased. It is submitted that the accusation of demand for dowry and torture are general and omnibus in nature and as a matter of fact the deceased died naturally as she was suffering from mental disease. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63684 of 2019(3) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/- U T
