The petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2018 in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 112 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 420, 379, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 40 of the Minor Mineral Concession (Bihar Rule), 1972 and Section 21 of the Mines and Mineral (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and Section 3 of the Mineral (Prevention of illegal Mining Transportation and Storage) Bihar Rules, 2003 and Section 15 of the Environment Protection Act, 1986.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the
