The petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2018 in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No.85 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Main allegation of Marpit has been alleged against the petitioner and the occurrence took place on account of dispute regarding return of money. It is further submitted that the petitioner himself surrendered on 16.04.2018 and shall cooperate at all times in the investigation and the trial.
