The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mansi P.S.Case No. 250 of 2017 registered under Sections 307,323,324,341,342 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant's husband both are full-brothers and due to property dispute they quarreled and there is allegation of indiscriminate assault with knife but only one knife injury was found on the person of the injured and that too is simple in nature and the petitioner is in custody for last three months having no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Amar Yadav, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties
