2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 78 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioners is that they are Chairman and Secretary of Ward No. 12 of Dumari Panchayat of "Ward Implementation and Management Committee", but

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73155 of 2023(2) dt.10-11-2023 2/3 despite direction they failed to provide the documents for verification with respect to work done for scheme amount of Rs.6,16,000/- under Chief Minister Rural Nali-Gali Pakkikaran Nischay Yojana.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are ladies who were Ward Chairman and Secretary of the concerned ward. It is submitted that the work assigned to petitioners has already completed. They have also produced the copy of the Memo. No. 172 dated 09.06.2023 to substantiate that the concerned work has already been completed. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 78 of 2021, subject to the
