Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 326, 307, 332, 333, 337, 353, 379, 342, 427, 504 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others were identified among the mob which had scuffled with the police party when the police had gone to remove the encroachment.

Considering the nature of allegation which is general and omnibus, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58334 of 2017 (3) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 connection with Siwan Mufassil Police Station Case No. 434 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
