2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 173 of the B.N.S. and Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner, who is working as a Rural Housing Assistant in Laukahi Panchayat of Laukahi Block took bribe of Rs. 14,000/- and Rs. 37,000/- from Ram Ashish Paswan and Hari Narayan Sah through phone-pay.
