JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 The issue involved in this case is with regard to appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground. The father of the petitioner died in harness on 7.2.2019 while working as Principal of the Government Middle School, Chakri, Darauli.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that after death of the bread earner the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.20790 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 approached the respondents for consideration of his case for compassionate appointment but the respondents are sitting tight over the matter.

Considering the object of compassionate appointment, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents including the Chairman, District Compassionate Appointment Committee, Siwan to consider the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment and pass necessary order at the earliest preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
