Patna High Court L.P.A No.656 of 2022 dt.10-09-2025 2/3 "Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the present LPA could be dismissed in the light of decision of this Court in the case of National Teachers Training College vs State of Bihar, reported in 2001 (2) PLJR 536, which has been upheld in LPA No. 453 of 2001 & LPA No. 404 of 2001.
2. On the other hand, learned counsel for the appellant on instruction submitted that the SLP is stated to have been filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. In this regard, appellant is hereby directed to ascertain the latest position and apprise on the next date of hearing.

2. Today learned Senior Counsel for the appellant on instruction submitted that in view of later development appellant has not made out a case. According, LPA stands disposed of.
3. At this stage, learned Senior Counsel Mr. Abhinav Srivastava submitted that learned Single Judge has proceeded as if
