2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of CWJC No. 22075 of 2013 which stood dismissed for non prosecution on 07.02.2023.

3. In view of the statement made in paragraphs 4 & 5, the MJC No. 2907 of 2023 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
