Petitioner is in custody in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 74 of 2018 for offence under Sections 279, 337 and 338 of Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2018 and as such he has completed more than three and half months.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge,
