2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 308(2), 308(5), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per prosecution case, on 03.06.2025 at about 7:30 PM, son of informant was returning home on his motorcycle, in the meantime, three persons riding on Apache motorcycle stopped him, took out knife, threatened him and thereafter demanded money, however on alarm raised by son of informant, all accused started fleeing away, however two persons were apprehended by local persons and the apprehended persons disclosed the name of petitioner, as 3rd accused, who managed to escape from the place of occurrence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated by the apprehended co-accused persons. Even, petitioner is not the owner of the motorcycle, which was used in commission of offence/crime. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Birpur, Supaul in connection with Ratanpura P.S. Case No. 49 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
