The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sour Bazar (Pastpar Shivir) P.S. Case No. 53 of 2016 registered under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the gravity of the offence as also the fact that name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation on the basis of disclosure made by co-accused and the police may require his custodial interrogation, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner even though co-accused Navin Mandal has been granted pre-arrest bail by a
