Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siwan Gtown (Sarai) P.S. Case No. 737 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal history. Petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Case No. 737 of 2018.
