1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant, Mr. Pratik Kumar.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the offences for which the instant FIR has been instituted carries punishment of seven years and less. It is next submitted that petitioner has been issued notice under Section 35 BNSS and is cooperating in the investigation, as such, it is submitted that presently the petitioner does not have any apprehension of arrest, hence, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to file afresh, if need arises.
