Case No. 392 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3(i) (R) (W) of S.C./S.T. Act. As per the F.I.R., the allegation against these appellants is that when they asked the informant to take them with tempo went he abused by taking caste name and even assaulted with fist and slaps to him as well as his mother. Submission of learned counsel for the appellants is that due to enmity, they have been falsely been implicated in this case and most of the occurrence taken place due to throw of

Learned APP for the State who has opposed the prayer of bail on the ground that charge was also been submitted and witnesses have supported the prosecution case. In view of the facts stated above, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to these appellants, they have to surrender before the Court below and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered without being prejudiced by this order.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
