JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sheohar Mahila P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 376(2)(i), 323, 341, 448, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Nothing specific has been alleged against them. Specific allegation is against co-accused Md. Hasnain. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

Case No. 29 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
