JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.32982 of 2017 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge in this case.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that charge has already been framed in this case and petitioner is only driver of the vehicle and owner of the seized articles has already been granted bail by this Court.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and from perusal of report, which was called for from the trial court, it appears that he has prayed for six months time to conclude the trial. In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60790 of 2017 (3) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 to the petitioner at this stage.

Learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

If the trial is not concluded within the said period, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the court below itself.

With the above observation, this application stands disposed of.
