ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2018 in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.76 of 2018, registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Only on the basis of confessional statement made before the police by one Ajay Kumar Rai, the petitioner was remanded in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that except the self-confessional statement, no further material is available against the petitioner. It has further been submitted that no T.I. Parade has been held by the police. There is also no recovery from the

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patna, in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.76 of 2018.
