Mr. Smt. Pushpa Sinha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 95 of 2017 arising out of Shyampur Bhatahan P.S.Case No. 32 of 2017 registered under Sections 201 and 302 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that petitioner killed his wife by stabbing thrice in her chest.

Submission is that there is no eye witness in the case whereas learned counsel for the State submits that witnesses have seen the occurrence and one of the witnesses' statement was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and there is specific accusation that he stabbed thrice in the chest of his wife leading to her death.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36150 of 2018(4) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected and trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
