Petitioners, already in custody since 17.11.2017, seeks bail in Koilwar PS Case No. 256 of 2017, registered under Section 302 of the IPC.
The allegation in brief is that father of the informant in conspiracy with his sister Puja, who wanted to grab the property of the informant, got his wife killed in his absence in association with the accused persons named in the FIR.
Submission is that the informant is not the eye witness, the petitioners are maternal uncle of the informant and the motive for committing the offence is alleged against Puja and her father. Subsequently after lodging FIR the informant lodged another complaint relating to same offence alleging involvement of his inlaws and one another accused Krishna Ram similarly situated was granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court of this Court.
Having considered the said facts, circumstances and nature

No.34417 of 2018 (2) dt.27-06-2018 of allegation against the petitioners, let the petitioners namely Narad Ram and Kunwar Ram are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Koilwar PS Case No. 256 of 2017.
