The petitioner in the present case is seeking regular bail in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No.163 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner and the informant are next-door neighbours and on account of a petty dispute the present case has been lodged.

Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case wherein it is the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner

No.62661 of 2019(3) dt.05-12-2019 2/3 that both the petitioner and the informant are next-door neighbours and allegation against the petitioner has been made only to falsely implicate him on account of a petty dispute as the petitioner was assaulted by the family members of the informant and was handed over to police only with an intention to teach lesson to the petitioner and that learned APP for the State has submitted that this petitioner is aged about 22 years and he is neighbor in this case and there is nothing like any medical evidence as also that the petitioner has remained in custody for about four months by now and the investigation is complete, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No.163 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 437 (3) Cr.P.C.
