Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 17.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.54792 of 2017 and his prayer for bail was rejected, vide order dated 17.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.54792 of 2017. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for 15 months and up-till-now only four witnesses have been examined.

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the Central Government.

From perusal of the report it appears that in this case four witnesses have been examined.

In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner rather the learned trial court is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36994 of 2018 (3) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 expedite the trial and try to conclude it as soon as possible. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
