2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 219 of 2021, registered for offence punishable under sections 149, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354(b), 427, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per FIR, the accused persons including the petitioner armed with lethal weapons came at the door of informant and assaulted him with fists and slaps. When the family members of informant came to rescue him, the accused persons also assaulted them with Lathi, Danda, Farsa, sword etc. and they outraged the modesty of Nasima Khatoon and Sabina Khatoon.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific overt act against him. The allegation is general and omnibus. There is case and counter case from both sides.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 219 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
