JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2024 The present writ petition has been filed for enforcement of the order dated 20.06.2022, passed by the Circle Officer, Yogapatti, District-West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Encroachment Case No. 03 of 2022-23 under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956

Patna High Court CWJC No.15463 of 2024(2) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 and accordingly remove the encroachment in question. 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah for the purposes of enforcement of the aforesaid order dated 20.06.2022. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner files appropriate petition before the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah within a period of four weeks from today, the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah shall consider the same and take steps for enforcement of the aforesaid order dated 20.06.2022, forthwith, by taking recourse to the due process of law, in case there is no other legal impediment.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
