JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 02-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant. In the present bail petition, it is stated in paragraph 3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has got only two criminal antecedents. Later on, the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit stating therein that the petitioner has got four criminal antecedents.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has suppressed the material fact, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected
