The petitioner is in custody in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 176 of 2017, a case under Sections 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. is against un-known with an allegation that five times money was withdrawn from the bank account of the informant through ATM.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the case diary would also not reveal any substantial material against the petitioner. No.58299 of 2017 (3) dt.09-01-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Arwal Police Station Case No. 176 of 2017 with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
