The petitioner is in custody in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 176 of 2017, a case under Sections 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The F.I.R. is against un-known with an allegation that five times money was withdrawn from the bank account of the informant through ATM.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the case diary would also not reveal any substantial material against the petitioner.
