2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2023 instituted under Sections 302, 201, 376(D) A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 6 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the dead body of the deceased has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge sheet has been submitted under Section 306 of the petitioner.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74133 of 2024(2) dt.04-12-2024 2/2 anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. It seems improbable that the deceased will commit suicide not in her house but in the house of the neighbour for whatever reasons.
7. Considering that the petitioner is a woman, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned I/C Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Spl Judge POCSO, Bettiah, West Champaran in Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
