The petitioner claims that he is working as a Night Guard in the office of the Executive Engineer, Building Construction Division No. 2, Punaichak, Building Construction Department, Government of Bihar. His appointment was made on compassionate ground. It is his claim that his monthly salary is not being paid since March, 2019.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of at this stage itself with a
