2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 69, 89, 115(2), 318(4), 303(2) of BNS and Section 4 of DP Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the informant and the petitioner both were working in same school, they developed relationship. It is further alleged that the petitioner on false promise of marriage, established physical relationship with the informant namely, Priya Kumari and continued to establish physical relationship for months, due to which she got pregnant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. He has got no criminal antecedent. During course of investigation, the victim of the case has given in his statement recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS and has supported the case. It is next submitted that now he is ready to marry the informant namely, Priya Kumari. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 02.07.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant Mr. Anish Kumar is present and has submitted that if the petitioner is ready to marry then they have got no objection.

6. Learned APP appearing for the state and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer of regular bail.

7. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 30 OF 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
