Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397, 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 Arms Act.
The F.I.R. of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Name of the petitioners surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, thereafter, the petitioners also confessed before the police.
Submission is that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioners and some other co-accused have already been allowed bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court vide Annexure-1 series.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34666 of 2018 (2) dt.18-06-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jokihat Police Station Case No. 376 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
