The issue raised in the present writ application came before this Court for consideration in batch of writ applications including C.W.J.C. No. 14603 of 2019 and vide order dated 11.09.2019 this Court has noted that the candidates, who were

Patna High Court CWJC No.19451 of 2019(2) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 not recommended by the Nalanda Open University, the nodal agency for the purpose of admission in B.Ed. Course, are not entitled to any consideration and on that basis this Court has dismissed the writ applications.

The present case is also one of the case where the students were admitted without the recommendation of the Nalanda Open University, the nodal agency for the purpose of admission in B.Ed. Course and as such the Court does not find any ground to take a different view.

In view of the above, the present writ application is dismissed.
